Yoga In the Park (Meet near the grassy area under the ST John's Bridge)

Vinyasa flow yoga and breath work in Cathedral Park. PDX Forest Bathing hosts this morning of a combination of dynamic vinyasa flow and 15 minutes of calming breath work to deepen your connection to nature. This is for all levels. Please wear comfortable clothing. Bring a water bottle, yoga mat, and optional towel or blanket. Be sure to arrive about 10 minutes early in order to hear introductions, set up your practice space, and be present when we begin.
